Our Solution:
We sat down with Mrs. Kent and had a lengthy talk about how much she wanted to spend and what she expected from a new model. We then offered her a couple of models that met her expectations and were within her budget. She decided on a model and we returned at the agreed time, took down the original unit and installed the new one. We programmed the opener, fine-tuned the system, and made sure the door worked without any glitches before we left.
